Refund Policy

We want Screentime Journey to feel fair. This policy explains when we can offer refunds for our consumer screen time program and digital app experience.

Last updated: June 25, 2026

1. Our approach

If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us and explain what happened. We review refund requests reasonably and in good faith.

Because the product is a digital service, refunds are not automatic in every situation. However, we do want to help when there is a fair reason and a clear explanation.

2. When we may refund

We may offer a full or partial refund if the product did not work as reasonably expected, you purchased by mistake and contacted us quickly, there was a billing or access issue, or the service was materially different from what was described.

We may also consider refunds where a customer gives a genuine explanation showing the product was not a good fit, especially when the request is made soon after purchase and there has not been heavy use of the service.

3. When we may decline

We may decline a refund request if there are signs of abuse, repeated refund requests, heavy use followed by a refund request, violation of our terms, or a request made long after purchase without a clear reason.

We may also decline refunds for issues outside our control, such as device settings, third-party platform restrictions, or a change of mind after meaningful use of the digital content.

4. How to request a refund

Email info@screentimejourney.com with the email address used for purchase, the purchase date, and a short explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

We may ask for additional information so we can understand the issue and improve the product. Refunds, when approved, are usually returned to the original payment method.

5. Timing

Please contact us as soon as possible after the issue appears. Requests made within 14 days of purchase are easier for us to assess fairly.

Payment providers and banks may take additional time to show an approved refund on your account.

6. Consumer rights

Nothing in this policy removes mandatory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

If local law gives you stronger refund or withdrawal rights, those rights continue to apply.
